Program Management
The CGL Team applies its tailored Program Management approach from planning through design and then on-site through construction and occupation. CGL’s Program Managers take total responsibility of the project from the owner’s perspective with working to achieve equitable results through a collaborative effort. Construction reviews from Architects and Engineers are strictly scheduled to achieve the critical path specific to each project. CGL’s staff effectively manage all stakeholders, maintaining the budget and schedule while identifying and correcting errors before problems occur.
