William A. Clarke, AIA
Bill Clarke specializes in the areas of criminal justice and government administrative facilities, and serves as the architect of record and security consultant on a variety of local, state and international projects. He has more than 30 years of experience as a design professional and has managed design projects ranging from $500,000 to $100,000,000.
Mr. Clarke has a thorough understanding of the implications and impact of facility operation philosophies, products, systems, and methods of construction. Over the years, Mr. Clarke has created designs and working drawings on a multitude of projects. The projects include international and US prisons; detention facilities; public safety facilities; justice facilities and military facilities. In addition to designing the constructed facility, Mr. Clarke has extensive experience in designing security electronics for detention and correctional facilities.
Mr. Clarke has architectural registrations in 14 states and is NCARB Certified. He is a member of American Institute of Architects; Construction Specifications Institute; SBCCI; and Rotary International.
