Congratulations to Don Boan, Ben Crooks, and Chloe Jaco for becoming stock holding principals of CGL.
Jim Pagett has joined CGL as Director of Business Development and will be located in the Columbia, SC office when not on the road in pursuit of additional opportunities for our services. He comes to CGL after 17 years in the commercial real estate development and property management business, with the last 12 years spent in South Carolina. Jim has just completed a two year study from Kenan-Flagler Business School/ The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree.
Warren Elliott has joined CGL as Vice President of Business Development for CGL Engineering, LLC. He brings his experience as the former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Franklin County, Pa., as well as extensive business development skills learned over more than 25 years of selling directly to county officials. Warren’s immediate impact will be in his home state of Pennsylvania, where he will continue to live and work. Warren’s primary focus is developing facility maintenance clients. His experiences with CGL during Franklin County’s jail planning and construction process and maintenance program implementation give him a unique commissioner-based perspective on CGL’s services.
